Meet the instructor!
Adina is a certified yoga instructor who regularly leads a variety of classes including vinyasa, mobility, slow flow, and restorative. Her preferred practice is blend of movement & stillness. Vino & Vinyasa will be a beautiful balance of mobility, strength, flexibility & relaxation designed to move energy, create space, and embrace rest. All levels are welcome; Adina will be happy to support you to move in a way that honours your body and your needs.

The foundation of every bottle or can. Whether it be Cider or Wine, these are two of the sole ingredients used that are sourced right from the farm or if we don’t grow it, it’s sourced from other local farmers!

Ontario-Wide Shipping
We ship Ontario-wide for a $15 flat fee- All shipments go out with Canada Post and can usually be expected within 3-9 business days.
We don’t ship out orders on Mondays and Tuesdays as we’re closed. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will go out on Wednesdays.
