What if I don’t want to book a package?
No problem! You can reserve multiple standard tables for up to 8 guests each. Just keep in mind that we can’t guarantee they’ll be right next to each other—but we’ll do our best to make it work!

🍷 Table Availability: Looking for the perfect spot? If your preferred Indoor Harvest Table, Indoor Swing Table, Outdoor Swing Table, or Outdoor Picnic Table isn’t showing up, that means it’s fully booked. Our Swing Tables are a guest favourite, so we highly recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance to lock in your experience!
🍷 Reservation Duration: Get ready to relax and indulge! Each experience lasts 90 minutes to 2 hours—plenty of time to sip, savour, and soak in the laid-back vibes of Shale Ridge.
🍷 Special Requests: While we’d love to make every wish come true, we aren’t able to accommodate specific table requests in the guest request section of the booking system. But rest assured, every table at Shale Ridge offers an incredible experience!

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility for our large group reservations:
🔹 Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days before your reservation are eligible for a full refund.
🔹 Rescheduling or Gift Card Credit: If you need to cancel within 7 days of your reservation, we are unable to provide a refund, but you will have the option to:
- Reschedule your experience for a future date, subject to availability.
- Receive a gift card for the full value of your reservation, which can be used towards any products or experiences at Shale Ridge.

What if somebody in my party is under 19 or doesn't drink?
Anyone under 19 is welcome to join your party but, cant drink. We serve non-alcoholic options for anyone who decides not to drink.
How can I redeem my coupon for a free tasting flight?
If you received a coupon for a free tasting flight or BOGO, please provide it to your server at the beginning of your experience.
Why am I seeing a technical issue error after I try to book?
Please consider one of these scenarios and try again:
- You entered the wrong postal code associated with your credit card
- You might have insufficient funds
- Your bank might have denied our payment. Please contact your bank for further help regarding this.
Are we dog-friendly?
Yes, outdoors only. We ask that your dog be on a leash unless supervised. Please clean up after your dog.
