I purchased a gift card online for my partner and her friends. When she went to use it at the winery, several staff told her they were unsure how they were going to be able to use it and stated that it was too difficult for them to navigate and that they wouldn’t do it. After several tries a staff member said they were “willing to try” and figured it out. Also, while they were there, they asked them to move tables due to certain amount of timed reservations (fair) but after they moved them and they ordered new drinks it was delivered to their old table - after 20minutes they noticed their drinks were delivered to the old table that did not have people at it. When they let the staff know, they brought them over to them rather than making new ones and they were melted slushie drinks. Recognize it’s a busy year but disappointed!
