A classic interpretation of old-world Chardonnay, this wine showcases tropical fruit notes of pineapple and mango, complemented by hints of cream and butter. With a round texture and crisp, balanced acidity, it leads to a lingering finish.
Experience the art of natural perfection with grapes carefully selected from sites of exceptional fruit quality. Nestled on gentle slopes with ideal drainage and ripening conditions, each cluster is imbued with rich flavour, complexity, and finesse. Minimal intervention winemaking delicately preserves the grapes' natural essence, resulting in simply elegant wine.
This Chardonnay pairs beautifully with white meats like roasted chicken, duck, and turkey, as well as creamy dishes like cacio e pepe, carbonara, and fettuccine alfredo.

The foundation of every bottle or can. Whether it be Cider or Wine, these are two of the sole ingredients used that are sourced right from the farm or if we don’t grow it, it’s sourced from other local farmers!

We ship Ontario-wide for a $15 flat fee- All shipments go out with Canada Post and can usually be expected within 3-9 business days.
We don’t ship out orders on Mondays and Tuesdays as we’re closed. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will go out on Wednesdays.
