The foundation of every bottle or can. Whether it be Cider or Wine, these are two of the sole ingredients used that are sourced right from the farm or if we don’t grow it, it’s sourced from other local farmers!

Ontario-Wide Shipping

We ship Ontario-wide for a $15 flat fee- All shipments go out with Canada Post and can usually be expected within 3-9 business days.

We don’t ship out orders on Mondays and Tuesdays as we’re closed. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will go out on Wednesdays.

Amazing fun!

The hospitality at the Backroads Hop Farm and Shale Ridge was second to none. We were welcomed with open arms, and good drinks after our scenic run. The store and dining area were fascinating and getting to know the families of both Backroads and Shale Ridge was pretty neat.

The Shale Ridge Winery fun run was an absolute blast from start to finish. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or a casual jogger, this event is a must-do. The combination of stunning scenery, friendly faces, and the added bonus of the Shale Ridge visit made for an unforgettable day. I can’t wait to lace up my running shoes and do it all over again next year!

Beautiful country run with Cider

Had a blast running the 14.5 km. Fun atmosphere and great scenery running through the country side. The orchard was beautiful and fun to run through as well. Best part was at the end sitting in shale ridge drinking cider with friends. Would highly recommend.
