This fresh, fruit-forward wine bursts with flavours of pineapple, tangerine, and lime, with aromas of peach, ginger, and floral spices. A bright blend of Chardonnay, Vidal Blanc, and Gewurztraminer. Pairs wonderfully with grilled poultry, seafood, or light salads.

The foundation of every bottle or can. Whether it be Cider or Wine, these are two of the sole ingredients used that are sourced right from the farm or if we don’t grow it, it’s sourced from other local farmers!

Ontario-Wide Shipping
We ship Ontario-wide for a $15 flat fee- All shipments go out with Canada Post and can usually be expected within 3-9 business days.
We don’t ship out orders on Mondays and Tuesdays as we’re closed. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will go out on Wednesdays.

Another visit to Shale Ridge and we were not disappointed. As always the wines and ciders were great and with the upgrades to the pizza dough the pizza was excellent. The staff were accommodating, personable and knowledgeable about the wines. Looking forward to our next visit. Cheers

A Great Destination
This was an amazing getaway. The wine and cider were great and the atmosphere unique and refreshing. If a cozy getaway or a group outing is what you are looking for yoi can swing and chat, play corn hole or just enjoy the veiw. The pizza is a must as well. Our host Kelsey help us with every decision and question. 5 stars is the least I could give. Cheers!!!
